Reliable for Familienurlaub

This is my third time booking with them, and they're always consistent. This time, I got a Familienurlaub to Turkey, and like before, the details were all sorted out. The kids loved the Familienhotels mit Aquapark. I used them last year for a Skiurlaub, and that was good too. They are dependable, which is why I keep coming back for family trips.

Good trip to Greece

Booked a Griechenland Reisen package from Zurich for two weeks. It was pretty easy to find something nice on the site. The hotel was good, and the flights were on time. Had a great time overall. No real issues, everything went smoothly from booking to coming back home.

Decent getaway, minor hiccup

I booked a Wellnessurlaub in Austria. The hotel itself was fantastic, really lived up to the Wellnesshotels Österreich description. The booking process was straightforward on the website. However, getting the travel documents felt a bit slow; they arrived only a few days before departure, which made me a little anxious. Customer service was helpful when I called, but it would be better if the documents were sent out earlier. Overall, a good experience for the price, just a small point to improve on the timing of information.

Great value for a Städtereise

I was looking for a good deal on a Städtereise Berlin and found one here. The Frühbucherrabatt was a significant saving, nearly 50% off the standard rate I saw elsewhere for a similar package. The Flug und Hotel Kombi made it super convenient, and the price was just right for my budget. I paid a fair amount for a hotel and flights that would have cost way more if I booked them separately. It felt like a smart purchase and I definitely got my money's worth.
